Gazpacho Dip with Garlic Pita Chips


 

Here is a deliciously easy appetizer that brings good taste and good health to any table. Based on traditional Spanish Gazpacho, a cold soup with tomatoes and vegetables, this version packs extra fresh veggies for cancer prevention.
