Cook meat safely to avoid bladder cancer

(Health Secrets) Everyone loves a steak sizzling on the barbeque, but overcooked or charred meat could double your risk of getting bladder cancer, according to a Texas based study. The study supports the belief that burnt food can be carcinogenic, as well as the idea that eating too much red meat can increase the risk of developing cancer.
