Fast, Easy and Delicious One-Pan Pasta

One pan, pot, skillet, or slow-cooker is all you need to prepare this healthy and tasty no-fuss family dinner. This recipe was inspired by a dish at a tiny restaurant in the Puglia region of Italy, where the chef was observed to place dried pasta in a skillet with water, tomatoes, onion, garlic, herbs, and a glug of extra-virgin olive oil, and then cook everything together. Once the water has boiled away, you are left with perfectly al dente pasta in a creamy sauce that coats every strand. Likely to become a family favorite!
