Sweet Sticky Chicken Wings
Here is a delicious healthy recipe for chicken wings that is sure to have you and your guests coming back for seconds (and thirds and . . .). The combination of apricot jam, ginger and honey along with a healthy soy sauce* (or soy sauce substitute), garlic, a wee bit of vinegar and more makes the recipe irresistibly sweet and slightly tangy - and you can give the recipe an extra bit of kick with some cayenne pepper or hot sauce. This recipe would also be good to use on other chicken pieces, such as thighs. Be sure to make plenty - you'll need it!
