Known together as the glutes, these muscles are primarily responsible for hip extension, abduction, and external rotation. More simply put, they move the hips backward, out to the side, and rotate them in a clockwise direction. Here is a delicious healthy recipe for chicken wings that is sure to have you and your guests coming back for seconds (and thirds and . . .). The combination of apricot jam, ginger and honey along with a healthy soy sauce* (or soy sauce substitute), garlic, a wee bit of vinegar and more makes the recipe irresistibly sweet and slightly tangy - and you can give the recipe an extra bit of kick with some cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
