You're limited only by your imagination and creativity. Need a mold? Use paper cups. Lack paper cups? Experiment with ice cube trays. Try any combination of blended fruit with a kaleidoscope of ingredients that complement each other. As a bonus, the chef can make smoothies with surplus ingredients.
