Find motivation to work out

(Health Secrets) Need some motivation to work out? List the reasons why you want to work out, and what will you gain from it. Then do like you would do with a child. When you want children to do something, you tell them why you want them to do it. “Eat your vegetables, they will make you grow strong and healthy.”
Your reasons for wanting to work out may be related to your physical health or they may be linked more to your emotional health like, something like “I want to be able to play with my grandkids.” Create the desire to work out by explaining to yourself what your want as a goal. “I want ____ so I will work out to get it.” When you create the desire or willingness to pay the price for what you want when the road gets bumpy, those desires will help motivate you to action.
