Raw Coconut Cream Tart

Fall and winter, especially around the holidays, are usually the season for all things pumpkin, apples, pears, and spice. Here is a delicious option which uses super healthy coconut and no added sugar to make a raw coconut tart. Note that you can easily modify the recipe with key lime juice to make a key lime tart, or perhaps substitute some bananas for some of the coconut to have a banana coconut tart.
